7-day refund on your first annual payment
Annual subscriptions qualify for a full refund when requested within 7 calendar days of your first subscription payment. Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for this refund.
To request a refund, email support@xer360.com from your account email address.
Renewal payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
Canceling in your profile stops future renewal and keeps access until the paid period ends; it does not request a refund. A full refund ends the paid subscription and its paid access once processed. Refund requests are handled by support, not automatically.
